Legal
Public liability
Inherent risk, insurance, the rider waiver, and professional credentials on file.
Inherent risk
Equestrian sport involves inherent risk of injury to people and horses. No facility can eliminate that risk. Riders, visitors, and parents or guardians must follow yard instructions and wear appropriate safety equipment when riding.
Public liability and equine insurance
Bluemoon Equestrian operates with public liability and equine insurance. The yard’s cover does not replace personal travel, medical, or personal accident insurance. Immersion participants must provide proof of comprehensive travel and medical insurance before arrival. Facilities include 24/7 armed security and on-site medical emergency protocols.
Liability waiver
Every participant (and a parent or legal guardian if the rider is under 18) must sign Bluemoon’s equestrian liability waiver before riding or before Immersion arrival. The full waiver is issued with the enrollment contract or yard paperwork. A signature is required before mounting.
Professional credentials
The certificates below are shown as issued. Dates, registration numbers, and periods are those printed on the documents.
